Metro Services Inc

We have used Metro Services here at our manufacturing facility for several years, and they have done a lot of work for us. They do all of the air conditioning and heating work, new installations, and they even build equipment for us. They also perform all the maintenance to keep everything up and running, and they perform PMs. They do a great job. They are very good to work with. They listen, they are friendly, and they are experienced. I have not had any problems with any of their personnel. When I call for help, they get someone right over. They really support us well. I have used them Metro Services for 20 years now. The reason I stay with them is that they meet the three criteria I have for contractors and subcontractors. Number one is that they have to be competitive, and Metro Services is competitive. Number two is that the contractors have to be responsive, and they are. If it is an emergency or not, I expect them to be here and correct the problem in a timely manner. The third criteria is that the company must have skilled technicians working for them, and they do. Those are my three main criteria, and they meet all three. As long as they continue to meet them, I will stay with them, and when they don't, I will shop around. Metro Services can also help with any mechanical requirements. They are also into areas such as photovoltaic and helping a property manager like myself certify for Energy Star and LEED. They know what they are doing in those areas. If anybody is looking for help with that, they are a good store. more
