Great Courteous Service 10/14/2009

My daughter & I used your service on Oct. 13 for the Keith Urban and Friends concert. Our first driver went out of his way to be helpful in assisting us with a parking solution (Bill) and our second driver was just fabulous getting through the end of the concert maze to get us back to our destination. Courteous and Professional 3/22/2009

I want to highly compliment Josh, who was assigned on Friday, March 13, 2009 to pick up me, my daughter, and two young grandchildren at the Nashville airport and drive us to the downtown Hampton Inn. He was waiting for us at the bottom of the baggage claim escalator with the sign and a smile and was most courteous and professional. I greatly appreciate his patience during the long baggage claim wait and the extra care it took to get two car seats and two small children into the vehicle. Wonderful Service 11/17/2007

I booked Metro Livery from BNA to the hotel. I just have to say thank you for the absolutely wonderful service and adding that extra special touch to my first trip to Nashville. When I made the reservation, the receptionist Teresa was nothing but courteous, friendly and inviting. They were on time, vehicle was new and clean. The driver was very courteous. Wow 24 hour pick up !! 7/31/2007

We have lived in Nashville 13 years. After the first airport pick up we knew we found professionals. They arrived on time at 4:55 am to take us to the airport. The ride was comfortable and excited us more about our vacation. They earned our business for sure. We enjoy using metro every time we wanna go out. more

The right service 7/20/2007

We were having trouble with all the taxi/limo services in town. They did not show up so many times we missed our flights couple time. But one of our friend recommended Metro Livery to us. And since we started using this service we are so happy with them. They are always on time and keep the cars so clean. We will always use this service for our personal and business trips. The driver was fine, (the car kinda smelled funny but what do you want? it's a taxi)\r The driver was a little pushy, he hinted that he wanted a tip because he did not make an hourly wage\r The lady that I spoke to in their office was rude and hung up before I finished speaking\r \r All in all, a yellow cab would have been the same and I would not have had to wait 30 minutes.\r \r My Vote---two stars out of five.
