We were using Metro Guard exclusively at one point. They do offer a reminder service, but they call your home phone, work phone, wife's phone, etc. repeatedly until you tell them ...

My parents recommended Metro Guard when we moved in 15 years ago. Except for a few years when no one was here to let them in, we have used them. Mark has been our bug guy for many of those years. I have and will recommend them. more

We have used Metro Guard for over 8 years and have been completely satisfied. Our technician, Mark, is always right on time, courteous, and very thorough. We always get friendly reminders to schedule our quarterly appointments to keep us on schedule and bug free. I would recommend Metro Guard. more

Metro Guard ROCKS 10/29/2010

We have been using Metro Guard since we moved into the area 11 years ago. The job is always done right, prompt and professional. Also, any time we need them to come back out, they arive around our schedule instead of the other way around. NO FOUR HOUR WINDOWS!!!! Metro Guard 10/29/2010

I have used Metro Guard for years - the same technician has covered both homes I've lived in. Mark always takes great care of me! They make sure you stay on your scheduled treatments by calling to remind you to set an appointment. They will allow you to pick which technician you want to have come out. I have had no issues with rodents or bugs since they started caring for my home. more
