This summer Metro Garage Door "fixed" my garage door and within 48 hours it was literally falling off it's rails, despite their supposed safety check. They charged me $300.00 to come back and REALLY fix it and now it's not working AGAIN. Also, with second breakdown they wouldn't discuss the extra charges, even though I left more than 7 messages over several weeks. They only called back when I got the BBB involved. I looked at their reviews on Angie's list and I think a lot of them are fake. One reviewer had his garage door replaced by All Am. G.D. and Metro G. D. on the same date! One review in 2010 had a guy getting spring replaced twice in one month, and he wa happy about it?! Looks like a sham. more
