terrible terrible experience. stay away from this florist!!! ordered flowers in July for a new baby. The flowers were awful. they did try and redo the flowers (hence the 1 star) but those were just as bad. now 4 and a half monthes later- they charged my credit card again- when I called to complain I was told that they found my order and weren't sure if they charged me or not, so they charged me again!!they still haven't credited my account and they don't return my phone calls!! it's a little fraudulent that they still had my credit card number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FLORIST more

Best and Cheapest Wedding Planner and Florist in New York. 3/17/2011

In November of 2007, I was introduced to Ian at Metro Flowers and a possible decorator for my wedding. March 2008 I could not have been more thrilled with my choice! Ian and his crew did an AMAZING job. I priced out what I wanted at one other florist. Ian came in lower and in my opinion did MORE than what I paid for (which you NEVER hear when it comes to wedding vendors). more

Best and Cheapest Wedding Planner and Florist in New York. 3/16/2011

In November of 2007, I was introduced to Ian at Metro Flowers and a possible decorator for my wedding. March 2008 I could not have been more thrilled with my choice! Ian and his crew did an AMAZING job. I priced out what I wanted at one other florist. Ian came in lower and in my opinion did MORE than what I paid for (which you NEVER hear when it comes to wedding vendors). I have gone back to Metro Flowers for many occasions now and again, and was just blown away by the amazing bouquet of flowers my husband ordered for Valentines Day. I will continue working with Ian and crew and hope that people give him the opportunity to make their day as special as he made mine. call him 516-439-5600 if you can as he is always booked up!!!! more
