I have only used Metro 1 time, but I was happy with the way they conducted business. While they could have told me that my computer was a lost cause they took the time to investigate, free of charge. When they discovered the problem, he told me that he wouldn't bother to fix, it but he would be more than willing to try. At that point he offered to make me a deal on a new one, all the while making an offer to buy the one that had just burnt up. I felt like I was getting an honest assessment, and would happily return if need be.
