MORE THAN DOUBLE CHARGED. I was on a trip to help my family with grieving of a loved one. Went on a very short trip in Wayne. Gave the guy a tip, which somehow changed to $5. I called the company and expressed my concern but no one has returned my calls. That is cool, but I will let my colleagues at my financial institution know this when they come to this town. I just want everyone to know about this company. more

Planned on renting a car from Metro but while I waited on a friend I was standing near the kiosk. 2 of the employees began a conversation that basically consisted of rating every female walking by and discussing if they could ""do her"" and if she was legal. Discuss what you like on personal time, not in a business situation. We decided against using this company and rented a car. I called the company and expressed my concern but they seem to have no interest. That is fine. I just want everyone to know about this company. Cons: Everything more

Double Charged 11/21/2009

One trip to the airport, two charges. What elese can you say. Everything would be great if I did not have to check my credit card bill to find this..... Pros: Great Service and showed up on time. Cons: They double charged me. more
