I got a ride from from the airport a few days before Thanksgiving, and I had to pay with my credit card, because I didn't have enough cash. When I was looking at my account a week later, and it turns out the driver double charged me. I've called the company numerous times to dispute the charge, and have given them my information 3 times including the cab number and the amount I was charged. I am just going to dispute the charge with my card company at this point, but I am disappointed the Metro Cab did not seem to do anything to resolve the situation. Needless to say, I will not be using Metro Cab again.
