Very Unfriendly 8/7/2008

Unreliable 8/6/2006

I called them early this morning, telling them that my destination was a hospital. They said 5-15 minutes and we sat around for 40 before I called someone else. It was already a traumatic trip to the hospital and they added the frustration of waiting around and being late for surgery. I'll never call them again. more

Not reliable 2/7/2006

Made reservation for a night time pick up twice - no problem. But for morning pick up - 1 st time was 35 min late, 2nd - 45 min late. Considering destination (airport) - wouldn't recommend. more

45 Minutes late to airport 10/19/2005

I made a reservation a day in advance, made sure they took credit cards (their website says they do). I called day of just to make sure they would take a card. THREE DIFFERENT cabs came (45 minutes later) before they sent a driver that would take a credit card. Additionally, the first driver showed up early and complained that I wouldn't be ready until my reservation time. more
