I can't believe I gave these guys a second chance. I was so blinded by the sheer magnitude of their appliance selection that I forgot their service is cut-rate and salesmen are deceptive. After a rather pricey appliance was installed just yesterday, I noticed the defect in the appliance. When I called to speak to my salesman, the rude (and noticeably lethargic from my previous visits to the showroom) receptionist was barely able to transfer my call to another salesman. He assured me my salesman would return my call. So when the phone rang an hour later, I answered gleefully because I was sure ""my guy"" would make it right. Oh, did I mention ""my guy"" talked me out of the appliance I initially wanted because he recommended this other appliance that got ""virtually no service issues""? Turns out, his sales manager had to take this one. What a jerk this guy is. He absolutely could not allow an exchange...that's not the policy. Instead, I have to do the appliance repairman song-and-dance for the next week to who knows how long. I am sure this appliance will be a lemon and have issues until it dies. I am also sure that the folks at Metro will continue to laugh all he way to the bank. Don't be a sucker...
Pros: large appliance selection
Cons: Terrible service
