I just got a new Honda Civic 2013. Sunday Okonkw helped me to get the deal I was looking for. \r \r At Metro Honda they gave me a good interest rate, and did not pushed me into getting add-ons I do not need. My payment is $100.00 less than the one they were offering me at another dealer.\r \r I highly recommend Metro Honda. Ask for Sunday Okonkwo, he is the best! more

SUNDAY O. sold us a certified 2012 Honda Civic on Sunday, 27 October. We have never had a better experience buying a car or working with a car salesman. Sunday listened to what we wanted and found us what we wanted, quite quickly too. He is courteous, friendly, and good humored. We also got prompt and friendly service from Gil and Shawn in financing.\r \r We are very happy with our new car and had not expected to find one in such excellent condition, in a color we really like, with tinted windows, and with only 15,000 miles on it. We highly recommend Metro Honda, and we'll go back in the future. more

I am currently leasing a 2011 Honda Civic and the time is coming around to replace it with a newer model. Just to look around at my options, I went into the Metro Honda dealership on Oct 21 2013 and was warmly greeted by a gentleman going by the name of Sammy Siddiq who not only made me feel comfortable but also clearly knew what he was talking about. I've established a relationship with Honda for 25+ years so I guess it's safe to say that I know Honda like the back of my hand. Yesterday, I was not really ready to buy a car and also my wife was not with me since she was working till late but after talking to Sammy, I am very convinced and ready and will be back at Metro hopefully tomorrow with my wife to get my new Civic. This review is exclusively for the Honda side of Metro Autogroup. \r \r Excellent Dealer. Sam Gocela is the salesman my family and I always go to when we are in the market for a car. He is very honest, something you don't see from other dealers. He'll let you know what the best deal he can get is, and he will try his damn hardest to get it for you. I won't go into personal details, but he managed to cut me down a huge chunk off of my most recent Lease. \r \r In general, Metro Autogroup is a great place, and I've had my car serviced there many times. When my lease is up in 3 years, I have no doubt I'll be back there again to strike up the best deal around. more

Just leased a 2013 Honda Fit through Edward Ong. This is the first time I have leased a car. The process was so smooth and easy. Since I never leased a car before I have many questions. Ed patiently answered all of my questions on several different occasions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. \r \r Metro Honda staff like Jules Granados is friendly and courteous. Edward Ong is super helpful and non aggressive. The atmosphere there is very pleasant, honestly it was stress free at Metro Honda and I felt the people were well mannered and gracious. more

Oscar Quezada is an awesome sales rep. He made the process of buying my first Honda Pilot so great and I got such a good deal. The finance department is awesome too. Oscar helped us and was so engaging and full of information. Just a few days after my purchase Oscar called me personally to ask how was the the car and the experienced we had over at Metro Honda. MetroHonda is the place to go for the best deal. Love my new Pilot 2013. When you guys plan to buy your new honda car look for Oscar Quezada he is very helpful and pretty much sure he does after sales service too. more

K.D. Sanders is amazing. My experience at Metro Honda was the best car buying experience I have ever had. K.D. answered all of my questions, gave me an amazing deal, delivered my new Pilot to our house and programmed everything in the car for my wife! Joseph King helped me at the Honda service department and it was definitely the best I have ever been treated at a mechanic. Everyone is very nice and respectful at this dealership and they do not overcharge or fix things that aren't actually broken. They are very fair and explain everything to you. K.D. Sanders is a fantastic sales rep. He made the process so great and I got such a good deal I BOUGHT 2! The finance department is awesome too. Rico helped us and was so engaging and full of information it was the best finance experience ever. Honda Metro is the place to go for the best deal and the best staff. Stay away from the service department at all costs! 11/5/2007

The service writer was extremely rude. The management was worse. I've worked in the car service industry (dealers) for 20+ years so I consider myself in the know of how the business works. I have never seen a department so poorly managed, incompetent from the front to the back. Cons: Service Department is extremely poor. more

Terrible customer service 12/8/2006

This place was great when I bought the car, everyone was very nice. Once I had paid for it, everything changed- customer service is non-existent, forget getting a call back. I am a physician and I have told everyone at my hospital to not shop at this place, honda makes a great product. This dealership is a terrible. more
