Absoulutley not dressed for the part! Nobody was in a proper EMS uniform, the ambulance looked like a clown car. I can't believe how may people were in that truck.......ummm maybe a HIPPA violation, with the patient sitting on the stretcher. I am sure they did not all work for the company. My favorite was that one of the EMT's had flip-flops on while working. Are you kidding me? Seriously people, you are suppose to be professionals, helping the ill and this is how this company represents themselves. more

My husband is both bed confined and very heavy. He used a different ambulance service from the beginning, but they were often late or just ignored him. When I called Metro, the girl in the office took down my information and handled everything. She made sure I didn't have to do anything and kept me in the loop. When the crew came, they were polite, friendly, and early. They had no problem carrying my 265 pound husband, and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. (He needs frequent repositioning because of a wound) They even came to visit him in he hospital when he had complications. Since that first day we've been using them for months and they have never been late or made us wait. They're honestly a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone fed up with the carlessness or constant lateness of a different company. more
