I was in need of our tires, and also found out an alignment was also in order...in about 45 minutes this Firestone team had me back on the road...$ wheel alignment and new tires has the car riding great! The prices were the best in town...after much research too! I have had a couple of jobs done by the Firestone team and have been very happy!! They are also one of the only places open on Sunday! I will have no problem going back! more

I went to get my tires rotated yesterday , and after a few minutes I was told i needed to balance my tires to get the rotation done , I had that done when I got new tires less than a year ago, so I declined. After about a half hour I was told that my lugs were cross threaded so they didnt want to take a chance of not being able to put the lug nuts back on the tire so they declined to rotate my tires, BUT if I wanted they could sell me 2 new lugs and nuts at about $10 a piece and then the labor would cost another $60 , and then added it was not safe to drive with only 4 out of 6 nuts holding the tire on. But there was nothing wrong BEFORE I went there. so they sent me on my way!!! When my son got home from work he looked at the problem and said yes only one lug nut was cross threaded but he was able to remove it and rotate my tires for me at home. he bought 1 nut and replaced it , A $2 fix.Problem solved!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE TO HAVE ANY WORK DONE AGAIN. I explained that I was driving to Florida from Michigan but it didnt seem to matter, All they are interested in is ripping off seniors that cant do things for their selves I will strongly advise all me friends and relatives and any one else to stay away from Metro 25 - Firestone on Telegraph in Taylor. more
