Metaphysical Matrix

Matrix is one of those places that I just can't live without. Matrix provides a variety of ways that people who try to live metaphysical lives can find strength, inspiration, connection. The first thing you will notice when you walk in is a feeling of serenity...peace. The vibe is immediately calming. Your senses are titilated by the sound of peaceful sounds or music, you smell an enticing insence, your eyes darting from books to stones and crystals to jewelry. Your spirit gets calm. That's what I like the best...the feeling of calm...I can feel myself opening up. It is at times like this that the universe can speak to us all. It's during these times when the mind and body are free of the day to day madness that our spirit becomes unfettered and is free to seek out it's destiny. That is what this shop means to me. When you add to the mix that everyone there...customer or owner is like minded...it is a powerful combination. This is truly a mystical place. My wife and I have been shopping here since it opened. Since the first time we entered we have always felt welcome and comfortable every time we return. Some shops of this type might give you the ""creeps"" upon entry. Metaphysical Matrix does nothing of the sort. Quick Story: They had a water fountain we loved but couldn't afford at the time. When we inquired about it we were told it was broken and would be thrown out. Lexia (the owner) then offered it to us for free with the condition that if we fix it we pay what we feel it's worth. We were speechless while took possession of the this beautiful fountain. I fixed the problem and we returned later to payed her in full (minus repairs). Her kindness and trust was like nothing we seen in the retail world. In all my life I've never had that happen with a shop of any kind. Anyone failing to stop by this store is sorely missing out on something special. (We still use that fountain, constantly, to this day.) For anyone who's been to Sedona, AZ you will find a small piece of it here. Pros: Great central location. Cons: Parking, but everything inside the loop has this problem more
