My brother, who was living with me while some construction work was being done on his house, wasnt feeling well, and felt he needed to go to the doctor. But because of the severity of his problems, he was advised to go to the emergency room, where he was ultimately admitted in the hospital. My brother was released from the hospital this weekend, after a weeks stay, although his doctor wasn't really ready to let him go. If you have ever been in the hospital, you can probably understand that at some point the patient just needs to be home. So, while discharged from the hospital, my brother still needed to be closely monitored, and if any of his vital signs were to become elevated, then I would need to take him back to the hospital, immediately. Of most crucial importance was to provide a calm, cool environment for my brother.
However, Saturday, when I brought my brother home from the hospital, we discovered that my AC had died. Getting someone in to fix the AC over the weekend proved to be an almost impossible task. Finally, I reached Messiah Heating and Air Condition, who said that they could come out early Sunday morning to evaluate my air conditioner. But since it was a Sunday, the parts needed to repair the AC were unattainable because AC parts stores are not open over the weekend. Ben Parrish, upon hearing my predicament regarding my brother, and realizing that this was an emergency situation, made many calls, and ultimately was able to get a parts store opened, and got an emergency team of guys to come over to my house for an emergency AC repair. As it turned out my entire unit ended up being replaced. The guys, though, were fantastic, and not once grumbled about having to work over the weekend on their day off. I cannot recommend this team of men highly enough. Every action was loving and very considerate when they understood the urgency of our situation. These gentlemen may have saved my brothers life. How do you say thank you for THAT?
