I found a vehicle I was looking for online through a search engine. When I saw the website I was somewhat concerned about how professional and serious this dealership would be because there was no punctuation and it was poorly drafted like they hired a high school student. I should of not wasted my time. But, since it was a specific vehicle that was hard to find I decided to check it out.\r Like the review below they were very unprofessional. There was no one on the lot and it took a huge effort just to try to get somewhere and get someone to help. I think this dealership may be having money problems. After going in circles with this guy and hearing someone shouting in the background I asked to speak with a manager. What a joke!\r Here comes this man who had the pretend muscles, walking like he owned the world, and bowed his arms like he was the hugest weight lifted in the world. I had to stop myself from laughing and thought to myself this should be interesting. I tried to give my price I was interested in which was not much less that they were selling it for and he started on about himself. He stated about how wonderful his dealership is and even went into how personally great he was. 90% of what he stated had nothing to do with the dealership. I corrected him that I wanted to stick with business, not his personal endeavor, and he got upset and offensive. I got up and left. I wanted this vehicle so much that I probably would have paid full price. But, not being treated like that.\r more

Worst experience ever. Bruce first insults me on the car that I was currently driving and implied that I was a murder because I drive a big black van. Then they bring me to another room to see if they can talk me into buying the car that I wanted. He says that he will sell it to me for 12999, but wait the internet and even the window said 11999. I offered 10,000 and he said they have to make a prophet......true but the car fax said it was bought at a auction and everybody knows that they can get cars cheap there. Lets say they bought it for 6000 they would make a 4000 dollar profit and they would of helped a family that needed a Van. They say they are Family owned but that doesn't mean they will help your family. I did go back for one final attempt cause my family really needs a van and they shut me down, this is Bruce's exact words, ""We gave you $500 dollars off yesterday but you missed your chance so now you have to pay full price."" I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER more

Upon entering the lot, we parked and got out of our car and began to look at a couple of vehicles that my daughter was really interested in, as we are car shopping after all. Looking around we saw no one on the lot and decided we would start walking into the office, a man with shorts and a dress shirt and braces came walking out. Note* He did not address me with a hello or how ya doin today, Nothing! So I politely asked him if he was coming to help us and he said rather harshly, ""That's why I came out here!"" I thought he may have been a customer for the simple reason he never addressed me while he walked out the door and by the way he was dressed. At this point we were excited and eager to look at the vehicles, so I began to tell him what our criteria was, as this is something I feel is important when purchasing a car. Here is what I told him, ""First, we are looking for something that is fuel inefficient, and possibly 4WD..."" I was cut off by him in a very rude way . I then told him we were interested in the 2 specific vehicles and wanted to know what the prices were. Mr. Happy said, basically if we weren't interested in test driving and making up our mind on a purchase today that he wasn't interested in us. WOW! I have been car shopping with my daughter for a total of 2 days as I want her to pick out a vehicle she wants as well as learn about this experience. We drove off the lot and absolutely felt so sorry for this man. He stated that he has nothing to do with the prices of the cars on the lot, but I have a sneaky suspicion he is truly just a very sad, sad soul that needs to learn that shopping for a car, does not mean we are going to hand you over money that day. And if you are going to be that rude, why would I want to???? By the way, we headed down the road to Town and Country and received phenomenal customer service and look forward to returning tomorrow to make a sale with them! more
