Mesa Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

I called around to numerous plumbing companies when my water heater was no longer producing hot water. All the other companies I talked to were very pushy and not upfront about costs. I called Mesa and and soon after had a courteous fellow show up at my door. His great attitude and attention to detail impressed me. My water heater was replaced in no time and with no hassle on my part. There was no mess after and my problem was solved! I will always have these guys number on speed dial for all of my plumbing needs! I advise you do the same! more

I am extremely disappointed in this company. Do not trust them. We had family coming to visit one week out from our plumbing problem. We scheduled Mesa to fix the problem, they could not make the first visit, cancelled the second visit and then sent someone else on the morning of the visit. They spent less than two hours here, did not need special equipment and charged us $550 because they quote 'by the job' not 'by the hour' ... we could have fixed this problem ourselves for less than $100. if you can find someone else, you should. more

Mesa was prompt and told me straight up what it would cost... I had call Presion Plumbing and they were twice as much...Yikes.... anyway, in and out and I will call them again. Thanks Pros: straight forward more

Water Heater Repair Job\r TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Timing was ok...they came same morning. The experience felt like we were being held hostage, not only if we wanted to be able to take hot showers but to be able to escape in our car (the driver blocked our driveway). They also have a trip charge which means even if you dont want them to do the repair you still have to pay them for coming over. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she mentioned that but I thought she said $4.50 and even asked her ""four dollars and fifty cents?"" and she said yes. So imagine my shock when the technician tells us its actually $44.50. \r \r We already knew what kind of part needed replacing and knew its cost averaged $10.00. It took less than 5 minutes to replace and charged us $306.50....\r \r THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A THREE MINUTE JOB AND A $10.00 PART!!!!! \r I should go into heating and plumbing. They should be wearing tuxedos to work.... goodness knows they can afford it with those prices!! \r \r My lesson: Do price comparisions if you know what part/ work needs to be done. Pros: once on location service was ok Cons: TOO EXPENSIVE more

Their good plumbers are excellent. Unfortunately, their best may not be on your job. Expensive at $175/hour labor cost. Would not recommend. more
