My husband and I bought 20 lighting fixtures for our new home at this store in 2005, and had a great experience (dealing with customer rep Noelle), but when we returned five years later with a faulty light (safety issue), we learned that Noelle was no longer employed and the new customer service representatives were not helpful at all, and lacked follow-through skills. To get status updates, we had to place MULTIPLE phone calls, only to leave messages that were never answered. We then tried one last time, when we learned that we were provided with 10 incorrect light bulbs for an order. We explained the problem in person on 10/30/10, and after countless follow-up calls (with no return calls from Mesa Lighting), we received our replacement bulbs on 1/30/11. I would do everything possible to avoid this place.
