My landlord used Mesa to replace my garage door and I really appreciate how friendly and courteous everyone was. I had to change my installation appointment and they were very accommodating and flexible with me. The service was great and the door works perfectly. more

Pricing was good, appointments quickly. Other companies said he had to wait 2 weeks, Mesa was very quick. Installer arrived around 9:30 and finished around noon. more

Mesa is great! You cannot beat the price service, I found them online, thr gallery on the website had a huge selection of great looking doors, from truly great to planejane doors, i opted for the custom wood called them and set up my ""free in home estimate"".\r The service is the best i every had the salesman really knows the product very well and the wood door he suggested turned out to be just right that was the first time that he had visited our home for our in home estimate and he made it real easy for us to select and place our order. we are completely satisfied with Mesa, thank you for a good experience! more

My neighbor had a door installed by Mesa and it seemed to go pretty smooth. I did check with yelp and was suprised by the reviews. I called and set up the appointment for a Sunday which was nice for my schedule. The salesman was real professional and not to pushy. After 3 quotes I decided to go with Mesa because of their low price and the great salesman. They called the day before and the day of the install as promised. The installer did show up within the promised time and I was totally suprised how fast and efficient the install went. After the install the worker showed me all the stuff about my door. In the end, my experience with mesa was great and I have recommended them to two friends. more

We talked to a number of companies and nobody even came close to the selection and pricing... the process was pretty simple the sales guy cam to our home, he had an ipad loaded with all the doors and door options like materials and window options and hardware, we selected the one we felt would best suite our home and gave a deposit, 2 weeks later as scheduled the installers showed up, installed our new door and left with the old one.\r \r I guess its true when a company has been in business as long as they have it is a testament to their quality and service not to mention the price, they were close to 40% lower then their closest competitor.\r \r I highly recommend Mesa. more

Our garage door was getting stuck on its way up. We drove by the company that installed it, and it was out of business. We looked in the phone book and called Mesa. They came out the next day and did a fantastic job or fixing the door. Robert was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. He had to put a strut on the second panel, replace a warped hinge, replace all of the top rivets, and rebalance the springs - total cost was $189. He did the job in less than an hour. Great customer service - Gus called the day before and told us they would be at our home between noon and 3pm. Robert showed up around 2:30pm. Robert is a great technician! more

I have had my garage for 1 yr now and I do not regret having went to Mesa to have it installed AT ALL. It looks beautiful, works absolutely perfect, and I got a really good deal. I too browsed around several places comparing prices. I found the exact garage door that I wanted and noticed that another place had a slightly cheaper price. However, I wanted to go through Mesa because their customer service was really helpful. I had told the Mesa employee about the discrepancy in price and they gladly matched the lower price. Also to let you know, they had the biggest selection of garage doors and the whole process was really easy. more

Purchased a roll up door from Mesa 6/5/2012

Purchased a roll up door from Mesa almost a year ago. The salesman was honest, accurate and thorough with his explanations of the various finishes and pricing. Crew arrived within a reasonable time the day the install was scheduled. The door was installed correctly and they left zero mess. Overall they did a good job and I will use them again. I did read about timeliness of the installers but keep in mind, if you are not the first job of the day chances are they may run into an issue that can make them run late. Companies (especially in this economy) have limited crews. more

We first had our garage door installed 5/24/2012

We first had our garage door installed from Mesa without an electric opener. They did a very nice job at a reasonable price. Recently we decided that we wanted an electric opener and had them come back for a bid. The bid was competitive and the person who installed the electric opener worked diligently for many hours to install the unique type of opener we needed. He was very kind and did a great job. Our door works great and looks great too. more

Quick 5/15/2012

Mesa did a fantastic job with our new garage. They were able to salvage our motor and just change out the door and brackets. The installation was quick and the service man was very nice. more

    Garage door repair can be a tricky and dangerous operation if you don't know what you are doing. There are extremely powerful springs that counter balance the weight of the garage door. The springs are connected through a torsion bar to cables. If the cables become loose it can be very dangerous. Most garage door repair should be performed by an expert.
