IF YOU HAVE ANY GUEST OR PLAY ANY MUSIC AT ANY VOLUME YOU WILL GET A NOTICE. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN. IF YOUR DOG BARKS DONT BRING IT CAUSE YOU CAN GET WRITTEN UP FOR THAT.... IF YOU SMOKE CIGGS GET A BOTTOM LEVEL APARTMENT CAUSE YOU CAN GET WRITTEN UP FOR FALLEN ASHES. THE LIST GOES ON... i loved it and miss it 2/27/2010

we first moved into a one bedroom and than went into a two bedroom. i absolutely loved living here and unfortunately, due to the downfall in the economy we had to leave. neighbors were quiet, respectful and clean. the management took care of any complaints immediately after reporting them. i definitely reccommend living here to anyone who's looking to rent, and im definitely trying to go back! theres nothing like it! :) Pros: very clean and quiet more

Mesa Creek is a great place to live and call ""HOME"". 6/8/2008

I stayed here for a 3 month internship and it was great. Management was extremely helpful and took care of everything with professionalism and timely, The grounds are beautiful and colorful. I spent most of my time after work in the refreshing pool! I plan on moving to Bakersfield in the spring of 2009 to accept a permanent position for a large company there and I fully intend to stay at Mesa Creek for at least a couple of years until I decide to buy a house in Bakersfield. I recommend staying at Mesa Creek, you will love it! more
