Merry Maids

The first time I had this company come out I have to say I was thrilled! They did the first time clean and although I thought the price was way over inflated I did pay to have them come out. I have hired ""non professionals"" before and I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. Other times you do not. This was one of those times. Garbage cans were not emptied, shelves were not dusted, corners were cut in a lot of different places. The final straw was when I walked into my children's bathroom and found toothpaste on the counter. Just one of those things or even two wouldn't be so bad..but when you are basically paying 120 dollars an hour to have your home cleaned you expect those things to be taken care of. When I called about it I wasn't really upset, I just wanted them to be more careful next time. Then as I went through my home over the next week I was shocked to find all the things untouched. I called and asked them not to return. Guess what...........NEVER got a phone call to say sorry. Nothing. They had my money. What more did they need from me. I have continued biweekly service with Merry Maids for over 5 years. The girls that come to my home are never late, friendly and consistent. First of all, I want to say that I love to compliment services, and I have never publicly criticized a company before. But my experience with this Merry Maids franchise was the worst service experience I have ever had.
