1st time they came they did an OK job. Second time they were in the house for less than an hour, didn't move one single thing to clean around or under, didn't vacuum the edges of rooms and didn't clean the kitchen floor.\r \r Customer service was terrible. I called them and spoke to the manage. then sent them and email with pictures of the terrible cleaning. They refused to contact me again. more
