Not good--less than mediocre cleaning--they only do the center, not the edges. Bathroom cleaning is not good nor is the kitchen. Plus my house is not a dirty house! I would hat...

Not good--less than mediocre cleaning--they only do the center, not the edges. Bathroom cleaning is not good nor is the kitchen. Plus my house is not a dirty house! I would hate to see what kind of job they do on a really dirty house~Do not waste your money or time. more

Merry Maids is TERRIBLE! Customer Service is even worse! 10/12/2009

TERRIBLE! I used them for a few months & the cleaning was never complete - dusty tables, unmade beds, uncleaned toilets, etc. And the customer service is the WORST!!!!! Any time I called them I never received a call back, cleanings weren't rescheduled when asked to be and they charged me 3 weeks late for a cleaning that screwed up my finances/budget and they could have cared less and made me feel like it was my fault. When I suggested that a courtesy call would have been appropriate to let me know they simply said they don't do that and have never had a problem with people not having money. AWFUL! DON'T BOTHER! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! more

TERRIBLE quality and worse customer service 4/9/2009

Not only did they not do a good job cleaning my house (cobwebs, no dusting, didn't wipe down ceiling fans, left cleaning product rings on counter tops, streaky mirrors, Christmas tree needles on the carpet and more) but when I called to discuss it with the owner he was extremely rude, would not refund my money and made me feel like I was the one that had done something wrong. I would not recommend this company to anyone no matter what the circumstances were. Did I mention that I had to go back behind them and re-clean my house? All while getting ready for my fiance's return from Afghanistan! Save yourself the time and energy - don't use this company. more
