ABUSIVE, HORRIBLE FACILITY 4/1/2011

My dog (maltese/chihuahua mix) was taken to this animal clinic by my parents for check up and vaccine. They suggested that her blood work should be done and took her to the room without my parents. When she came home that afternoon from the vet, she was lethargic and didn't have energy or appetite. The next day, I found three immense bruises on her chest (right on the sternum), her right neck, and throat area. I immediately called the clinic and asked to speak to the vet. I first asked what procedures were done to my dog. He replied, "vaccine and blood work." I then asked if there was something done to her chest, neck, and throat area. He said "NO" and hung up. I called again and asked the same question to clarify. The vet said no because they only gave my dog vaccine and drew blood from her. He hung up on me again after saying that. I called for the third time and informed him that there are huge bloody red/purple bruises on my dog's chest, neck, and throat area. He then said, "Oh tha more

Ghastly stench 3/8/2011

The pavement was littered with dog turd, and garbage was scattered on the facade of the building!!! Inside the clinic the stench is unmistakably ghastly, it smells like urine and bleach were mixed and the solution was mopped on the floor. The waiting bench were not vacuumed instead was wiped with a damp cloth and dust that has caked along the edges and the examination table were streaked with dog hair and the corners the examination were not properly wash. Is this a hospital? more

Butcher 3/7/2011

We brought our dog there and was diagnosed pyometra, however our dog didn't make according to the quack, they said bloodwork was fine but my dog died on the table!!! The doctors there are butcher don't go there!!! more

Unqualified and mediocre staff 3/7/2011

Is it true that the technician there is a dropout who can't finish his certificate course? Also the Current Associate Vet took his licensing exam for 10 years before he passed his exams? What about the practice manger who was hired due to nepotism and we heard that she has no experience in the Veterinary field and is very incompetent. Are all these true? more

Out of Status 3/7/2011

A reliable source has told us that the current Veterinary Associate present at this hospital is out of status and was previously employed there illegally as a technician who is performing unauthorized surgeries? more
