Not only the service was very poor, they did not meet any of the commitments they made to me. When I asked the owner to explain the repeated failure to deliver, he became extremely rude to me. I felt I had to take my half-way worked-on boat away from them before they take their anger out on my boat and intentionally wreck it.\r

I took my boat in for a diagnostic on a Monday. The owner, Saen, promised to get right on it and have it diagnosed by later that afternoon or the next day at the latest. By the end of Tuesday, I did not get even a peep from them. On Wed morning, I called to inquire about the diagnostic status, I was told they have not gotten to my boat and will get on it in the afternoon. They finally worked on it on Thrusday.\r
\r
They charged me for three (3) hours of labor for the diagnostic. I felt I was taken because the usual diagnostic charge rarely exceeds 2 hours. When I asked for the diagnostic report, Saen again promised to put one together immediately and send it to me via email. That was Thursday of the same week. I waited until Monday and I finally lost my patience and requested that a report be produced by Tuesday morning. Saen called me late Tuesday morning to tell me they could not produce the report because their internet was down. I came to the shop during my lunch hour to get a written report. None was ever written.\r
\r
When I asked the owner, Saen, why he failed to keep the promises he made to me repeatedly, he became visibly upset and used foul languages with me, and told me he should have ""listened to his inner voice"" and not taken my boat in. He said he has been so busy that if I wanted a report, I would have to come to his shop and help him work on other boats for him to have time to put the report together. \r

I finally asked for my boat back and took it to another shop. I know there are bad shops out there, but this one has got to be at the top of the list of shops you do not want to take your boats to.\r
