meridian terrace is a horrible mobile home park .. do not believe any of these posts .. the management team do nothing to keep its ocupants safe. They allow people to have vicious dogs in the park - after handing out notices to everyone in the park that that breed of a dog is not allowed.. Even after bringing that to managements attention 3 weeks have gone by and they have done nothing .. this animal is trying to get at me and my kids and grandkids every time we go out the door .. the owner screms at us to shut up as well. PEOPLE BELIEVE ME - YOU DONT WANT TO MOVE IN TO THIS PARK ... more

Great place to live 2/6/2012

This i a really nice park to live in. I have been here for a year and had no major problems with my neighbors or the management. The residents keep their yards nicely groomed and the park with the playground is great for kids. The neighbors are friendly but not overly so. Good place to call home. more

nice quiet place to live 3/25/2008

I was very skeptical at first when I moved here but now that Ive been here for more then three years I love it. Its quiet and the other people in the park are very courteous. Pros: there is plenty of room to park your vehicles, you have a huge yard and most of the tenants follow the rules. Cons: the rent is due on the 5th and you dont get your statement until the first so its hard to get it to the office in time. Stray cats but thats about it. more
