My first visit in 2009 was good, though I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness. my wife at the time also went and her experience that day was terrible, we had different people dealing with us. she never went back. \r
I however, thought the first lady I saw was good so I decided to go back.. big mistake.\r
not only have I never seen the Man who is supposedly the dentist here, I was given a new woman, supposedly dentist who barely speaks English and it seems she can't or wont write prescriptions that you need! \r
she told me I had an infection in my mouth and told me to use VAGINAL cream in my MOUTH!\r
I called the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist, he was horrified. \r
Then I immediately went to my GP who was also horrified.. HE prescribed the correct prescription. \r
She ( the dr) called me back for more work, and I went not realizing she was going to push to do more stuff so soon after surgery. I considered it unnecessary work at the time because I was in so much pain. she ignored the fact that I told her I was in pain and kept insisting on doing more! I refused.\r
I asked for antibiotic and was denied asked for pain meds after SURGERY was denied!\r
\r
I just got out of my GPs office with again the correct meds and am now in route to another dentist because my infection is so bad! do not trust these people! I did and now I am sick and in great pain!\r
\r
I am saddened that the person they have there now is ruing their practice. It is my opinion that she isn't yet a dentist and is a student just learning, with NO one watching over her. I could be wrong , but this is how is seems to me. I am not saying everyone there is bad..but this experience has left me with more doctor bills and more pain then when I went in to begin with, as I now have an abscess in my mouth.
