I really loved this place when dr. Todd was there. Now I don't even want to call those idiots to speak to them. You can never see the same doctor more then once. Medical assistants replaced the on call nurse. What a joke, I have been taking my daughter there since she was a baby. Now I am looking for a new family practice. more

This has been the only practice I have gone to my entire adult life. I am not a person who runs to the doctor unnecessarily. I have used this practice all through my 20's, 30's and I'm 1/2 way through my 40's. I called January 10, 2014 to make an appointment for what could have possibly been a serious condition. I was asked when the last time I was in. I said it's probably been 5 years. I was told that I was ""...no longer in our computer system and would therefore be treated as a new patient...and by the way, we aren't taking new patients."" So BEWARE of this practice. They will toss you aside with out a second thought to your health or well being. If they are not making enough money off of you as their patient, then you can go somewhere else. Doesn't matter that there is decades of history with a patient...its how much money have we made off of you lately? They also are one of those practices that will nickel and dime you to death with all of their fees for what is standard tasks handled by the medical office staff. Don't say you weren't warned... more

I went in w/ three months worth of pain going down my left hip, thigh, and calf and numbness in my calf. I also had a mild case of poison ivy and some kind of little virus thing. Third day on my meds and the pain is gone, the poison ivy is disappearing and the virus thing is gone. I have spent all of today (Saturday, 9-28-13) baking, cooking, and watering my backyard. (which is a big job) Thanks, Dr. Webb. Energy! Now I remember what it feels like! I even think I'll be able to stay up and watch the Buckeyes tonight. Although that might be stretching things a bit! more

My family has been going to this office for over 30 years. when both of my girls were born dr. Hancher was there. I loved my family doctor. The key word being LOVED! today i went there because i have a rare arthretic virus that attacks my joints and i wasnt even aloud to speak to a doctor. The lady at the front desk told me that i wasnt going to be able to see a doctor because i didnt have appointment. I understand i should have had an appointment but i have been up all night in pain. my entire family was up last night trying to help me. Most would say you should have went to the emergency room but they would have just sent me to my family doctor because they konw more about my condition. AFTER 30 YEARS OF GOING TO THIS PLACE THEY REFUSE TO SEE ME WHEN NO ONE WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM! SERIOUSLY...i understand it isnt the doctors fault and i should have had an appointment but i have seen several people over the years go without appointments, and they were for colds...I AM IN SERIOUS PAIN! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TURN ME DOWN? And i tried to make an appointment but i couldnt get in until three weeks from now because they didnt consider it an emergency! WHO ARE THEY TO TELL ME NOT BEING ABLE TO GET OUT OF BED ISNT AN EMERGENCY! today getting to the doctor is the most i have moved in a week and it isnt an emergency..i guess the moral of the story is that being loyal to one company doesnt matter to them...and that is why they just lost one whole family. I am appauled by the lady at the front desk she was just rude and didnt care. i thought it was part of the job description when you work in a docs office to be understanding...its a shame. more

Dr. Webb is amongst the best in the greater Cincy Area 4/19/2011

I have been a patient here for 30 years, seeing Dr. Webb, and older docters now retired. \r Throught the times, the office staff has become less than helpfull, as well as other support areas of the business, and newer doctors. But Dr. Webb and the RN's are the best around! more

I am growing old with Dr. Barry Webb 2/14/2010

It has been said that you should choose a doctor about your own age so that you get the same illnesses at about the same time, so he/she knows what you are talking about. Dr. Barry Webb became my personal physician over 25 years ago after being highly recommended by his wife to my wife. :-) Lois and I had two prior bad experiences. Dr. Webb evolved into a caring friend and physician from just being a plain young doctor years ago. What more can I say? Pros: It is nice when a doctor really cares and takes his time. Cons: Waiting. Dr. Webb gives extra time to those in need. more

Best Doctor Practice In The State 11/2/2009

Doctor Hancher is the most experienced Dr. I know. His experience allows him to be fast. He is also up to date with modern technology and medicine. I am an Asthma sufferer and he has treated me and my family for many years with the utmost professionalism of any Doctor in the State. Pros: Too many to list in this box Cons: Wait time slightly long- otherwise NONE !!!!!!! more

Great Doctors and Super Nurses and Receptionist 10/29/2009

Dr Hancher may seem to be in a hurry but he picks up on the dx very quickly. I know he runs behind alot but I attribute that to the influx of drug reps that come in. Alot of people cannot afford meds and the free samples can be life savers. The nurses and receptionist are what makes this office run so well!! Thanks for being a great practice! My family and I appreciate all of you!! more

bad dr. 10/23/2008

avoid Dr. Hancher he doesn't really care about the well being of his patients. I wish I could give my pain to him for one week so he can see what it's really like to suffer. I'm sure if he needed meds for the same reason as me, he would get them. I have been a patient there for 28 years, now I have to find a doctor who really does care about their patients. more

GREAT doctor 11/5/2007

Springdale family medicine is the home of the absolute best physician. Give Dr. Michael Todd a symptom and he is able to provide not only a plan of action but some fascinating anecdote related to the illness. As a mother I would only trust my children to the best and he is in fact, the best! Also, very punctual, a great listener, and child-interpreter. \r The office is also very eager to help as well as the nurses. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of this mother of two young ones. more

average doctor 6/21/2007

With Dr. Hancher I have a few thing to say, ""as soon as he's in, he's right back out."" When he walks in the exam room you might as well say hi and bye to him being you won't have enough time once he gets in to even see him. Pros: When you want to get in you can, maybe with another doctor but you can get in. Cons: With some of the doctors in the office they are in and out so fast you can't even tell them what's wrong with you. more
