Mark Howler was my ajuster for this company. He treated me as if I were stupid and just plane white trash. He did not return phone calls. He him hawed around. My car was hit in my own drive way. Not at the store not sitting on the street. Their customer pulled into MY driveway and hit MY car. Yet they him haw around. It's been weeks and no progress. I have NEVER delt with a more unprofessional company before. I do not see how they stay in buisness.
