I bought a 3-year alignment package at this shop and took my car there regularly to be checked and aligned, but they never aligned it (or rotated my tires), so my tires wore wrong...

Not trustworthy 9/10/2010

I bought a 3-year alignment package at this shop and took my car there regularly to be checked and aligned, but they never aligned it (or rotated my tires), so my tires wore wrong and were ruined, and I had to replace tires that were only 1 year old. \r This Merchant's shop also must not have very experienced mechanics. They have misdiagnosed a problem with my car twice: once they said I needed new brakes when I didn't, and once they replaced all four of my brand new tires to fix a noise that was actually wheel bearings that had gone bad. more
