Were do i begin prob some of the biggest MONSTERS i have ever worked with before in my life lets this straight i have worked with all walks of life an cultures before i can work with anyone but these individuals are some of the most vindictive cruel EVIL pieces of POO that pretend to be police officers they are way more badge heavy then any shady cop i have ever met in my life .first off they pay all their unarmed guards 7.70 an hour to basically risk your life.they are horrible towards females always talking about woman as objects thats why very few heterosexual woman work there .they have these k6 that our basically monsters they will blow up your cell phone in the middle of the night 24/7 waking up your spouse children etc. but if you call k6 if you have a problem you will talked down to you an try to interagate you guantanamo bay style .they give you a schedule every wendsday you have to write it out every week because they refuse to make an easier method such as the internet etc. i worked my BUTT off got talked down to like a dog they talked too me as if they were my probation officer or something.the communication is non existant they will give you your schedule an you will ask them for directions to a new post first they give the huggest sigh then they stare at you like how dare you interupt me an in most situations the people in the office dont even have the correct directions.they charge almost 8 dollars a week for cintas to clean their el cheapo uniforms.every wed i went inside to get my schedule those monsters are always bad mouthing their employees laughing talking about how stupid they are.these our very bad unprofessional an just COLD people.they go after poor families they use people who have been laid off etc .even though they even pay you mim wagethey will still try too rip you off no matter thats their goal to JERK you over to the very end. i have never seen anything like it.they do not give real background checks people have felonies that work there . on your direct deposit slip they write your pay at 0.00 pay rate they also put your social security number down.if you need a job dont work for them i was lurred into thinking easy money right?not exactly the mental anguish is comparrable to be a prisoner they seriously will make you feel like you want to die on a daily basis.they try to write you up for anything but their write up are not even real.i worked their for about a year an when my husband told me one of those k6 pricks called him up at work demanding to know were i was he told them to never call us again well they sure did call me again.do not do not hire these people for a post an do not work for these people are by all means THE SCUM OF DAYTON.i felt like being released out of the county jail when i quit.i repeat these people are THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Wow! I agree with those other comments i was just complaining about how they treat you,or me. very rude, and take from you. they owe me money as well michelle. id rather be unemplyed than to work for this company. i wish the other security companies were hiring. this plays is bad! negative stars more

-They took money out of my final deposit with out telling me. - I spent money on a uniform I never received. -They gave me somebody else s uniform to wear that has a filthy collar -There sites have bedbugs! -Dennis, and Tony treat females horribly. - They are very rude in the office with a sign that says females do it better than men. I'm a female and I find that offensive. They always talk bad about their clients. Curse, and just have an over thug mentality. Im still arguing with them over money they owe me. more

Forget Merchants, They use you up then dump you without regard. I worked for them for 9 years mostly in mud holes and places so nasty that they could hardly find anybody else willing to work the contracts, Ruining the inside of my vehicles in the process, And suffered 2 disabling injuries in my time with them. Places such as Metal Shredders in west Carrollton (2 contract numbers front and back.) nobody wanted the back because of the DEEP mud and I did it for 3 years, During my absence they LOST the contract (376) for the back section because they couldn't find anybody reliable enough willing to work in those conditions. A lot of times during my absence the contract went unfilled, or The supervisor, or one of the Motor patrolmen would have to ""sit in if possible"" in the back inside of their vehicle instead of the control tower where you were supposed to be stationed to get a good view of the place. (Guess they didn't like the mud either) Or the guard that was supposed to be in the back was goofing off in the front. Don't Believe me ? Call Metal Shredders and ask ""Luke"" Tore my knee out wrestling with a guy trespassing in the battered shelter instead of taking us both through the plate glass window. plenty of witnesses so there was no problem on the claim. I was off for 3 months recovering after surgery till I could walk again, Even though I still have some trouble with a lot of stairs. Broke my shoulder slipping on ice doing my rounds at the dialysis center on Linden Ave, And they tried to suggest that maybe it happened elsewhere off duty etc during a workman's comp hearing. BTW they lost those contracts recently. ( 317/318 ) I am now according to Workman's comp ""officially 15% permanently partially disabled from my 9 years with them. I became seriously I'll in July 07 requiring 3 major surgeries, and I was off until my medical release in April 08. After my release I went to Merchants office to exchange my uniforms, And get put back on the Schedule. The office Staff (new staff) informed me that former staff claimed that I had quit in December? 4 MONTHS before I was even released to go back to work? Makes a lot of scene HUH? Even though I insisted that I had not quit, That they were in error, I was told that I would have to go through the re hire process and interview. After the charade interview they informed me that they didn't have anything for me even though they have NEVER to my knowledge in the past 9 years ever taken down their ""NOW Hiring"" sign. After 9 years of service I was unceremoniously DUMPED without regard. With today's economy, who wants to hire somebody else's ""Damaged Goods"" During my Illness, all I had to look forward to was going back to work, and resuming my life. Now how am I supposed to be able to support my Wife and grandson? Thanks for nothing Merchants. Cons: What are the drawbacks? more
