Over the phone the associates called me childish for asking questions that they refused to answer. They claim that I was making outrageous claims/demands that they could not satisfy when in actually I was asking simple questions. I was asking how I am supposed to know that my account is closed with them, why after 'closing' my account could I still access the information, and if they had a complaint department. They apparently could not help me submit a claim that I was called childish by one of their associates because ""i know both supevisors and neither one would ever say anything like that"" said another associate. Well I didnt realize it was company policy to call people childish for asking questions about their company policies and to treat people like they are inferior.
Pros: not a single pro to this company
Cons: staff is not knowledgable about anything and treats people with disrespect
