I've been making payments for two years straight, but when my husband became unemployed from his engineering job (due to the economy), I had to stop making payments in order to put food on the table for my family. Kay at Merchants was extremely rude to me after I informed her of my situation. She raised her voice at me, shouted a couple things, and hung the phone up in my ear. Her manner was very unprofessional.
Cons: Kay needs to work on her professionalism.
