Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. In fact I bought the Certified E-350 that night and also bought a 2011 GLK. John Wahl was exceptional and should be your dealership's employee of the month. I came in to test drive an E-350 and walked away with 2 vehicles. What more can I say, other than he was an exceptional sales rep, and I would be happy to refer business to him anytime. When I need a car again I am definitely looking for John. more

Greetings Ryan! I am writing to let you know how THRILLED I am to be back in my "Batmobile," sans any rattles or resonation noises!!!! I have eased back into the driver's seat like hand in glove, literally, enjoying the feeling of being on rails once again!!!Much appreciation and thanks to you, as well as, Dustin in the shop, for remaining patient and thorough, persevering a problem that NO others have been able to help me with. I've never seen any sales person jump into the reverse third row of seating of a station wagon to go on a test drive. She conversed with our son the entire ride and let us make up our own minds on the E350 wagon. Crystal simplifies the cars controls so smoothly in her explanation, that going home is a breeze. Eugene got the paperwork quickly handled, separated and filed. The only way to get it done. And the detail man in the shop did absolutely one of the finest delivery preparations that I have ever seen. I am sorry I did not get his name. Working past regular closing time, he made the car gleam in the darkness outside. Our pride in a new Mercedes Benz was only out shown by the gleam of the paint and trim.
