Treated poorly in Mercedes South service dept. Had a BMW for 14 years an had it exclusively serviced at Hendrick BMW. Never had a problem. Should have bought another BMW.

Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte 8/29/2009

I went across town, and then came to MB South Charlotte. I felt that I received MUCH more personalized service here. Nance, my Internet Sales Consultant, spent much more time with me showing me the car and its features and really cared that I make the right decision for my family. Fred R. and Joe V. made the experience even better! Nance S. introduced me to my new service advisor, so now I feel like family! Thank you for an excellent, well-rounded team effort.
