We had been looking at Mercedes at the South Bay dealership, but we were not happy with the overall attitude of the employees there. We were very impressed by Toshi and greatly enjoyed working with him. He listened to what our wants and needs were and he worked towards our complete satisfaction. My experience with Mercedes-Benz far exceeded all of my expectations. Joanne Kanemaki provided world class service and special ordered my vehicle to meet my needs. Coming from other luxury brands such as Lexus and Infiniti, I can honestly say that this was by far my best purchase experience. more

Considering that we have purchased many cars over the years, the Long Beach dealership with their top notch salesman Toshiki Sato was the best experience to date. Furthermore, they regained our confidence in Mercedes-Benz after the insulting experience we had at the South Bay dealership. more
