Mercedes-Benz of Houston North Service Center

Over time I have purchased several new vehicles. Recently I purchased my first Mercedes Benz. I work in a service oriented environment. I always strive to give excellent service. I also expect great service but am disappointed at times. I went to another local dealership to test drive different models. I can't say they acted like they were interested in me purchasing from them. The sales rep was constantly answering calls during the two test drives. He even said he might have to assist another client and I would have to wait. (I had a scheduled appt with him). My boyfriend advised me to go where he purchases all of his vehicles. I went out of my way in 1 hour traffic to Mercedes North. It was by far the BEST experience I've ever had. Totally worth it. My sales guy Jaja Anele and his partner Vernon Gatlin were fantastic. I have never seen such team work. They are true gentleman. They treated me like royalty. From the beginning to end and all the way around. I will make the drive and refer everyone I know that is in the market for a car to them. Donald Cyprian made the dreadful paperwork smooth and effortless. I give them 100+!!!! more

I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz North. Neil was the best salesman I have ever had. He made sure everything was ready when I arrived because of the length I traveled to get there. The finance dept also did a great job. This is my first Mercedes and because of this experience I will definitely buy another one. more

I highly recommend Joey Kingsley if you want a good buying experience. This is my second time buying a Benz from him. This time I was buying the car for my wife. She was very specific in her wishes and Joey made it happen. When we came to pick up the car he had it ready with a bow on top. That's what I call service! I will be returning to him the next time I need a Benz. He's one of the good guys. more

beware of crooked finance guys here. They sold me some un neccessary crap from autonation(wind shield / appearance protection). when tried to return it they said it's not returnable. be careful about this autonation scam. they even got my signature fraudulently for some tyre/wheel protection and GAP protection without my notice. they are just con men keep smiling till they screw you and inhuman later. more

We had a great experience purchasing our third Mercedes-Benz from Frank Castaneda. Frank always has our best interest in mind, he knows what we want and service is always prompt and courteous. We are sold on Mercedes-Benz of North Houston because Frank is always there for us and the service department couldn't be better. We will be back for our next purchase. more
