I was able to get an appt. very quickly with the use of a loaner vehicle. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will return for future service.

I went in to see some of the cars to compare prices between getting a benz or a Lexus. Needless to say I purchased the Lexus just because of the poor service of Mercedes Benz alon...

I went in to see some of the cars to compare prices between getting a benz or a Lexus. Needless to say I purchased the Lexus just because of the poor service of Mercedes Benz alone. The sales guy looked at me like how could I afford one of their cars. I was not dressy, just returning from a sports game with my children, I was made to feel like I wasn't rich enough to buy a car. I asked about financing and I was referred to a manager where he politely tried to persuade me to buy one of their second hand models. That same day I went to Lexus and paid for a brand new car and paid by check for the entire amount. I am never going back to Mercedes and recommend to others that they don't either. The worst Service EVER! 9/17/2009

MB of Honolulu features the worst service department I have ever seen. I brought an older car in, I knew it needed a bit of work, but in the end after paying $6000 they showed me the car, the SRS light was on. I asked what that was? ""Oh nothing to worry about"" Oh yeah, except you can't get a safety inspection with it like that! Then they tow it back in, and tell me it's $2000 more to fix! It's either that or I can (in his words) ""Take it somewhere and have them remove the light bulb"". REAL ETHICAL MB!! Of course it took 3 weeks for them to tell me this, so I call the service manager and he tries to blackmail me saying he will give me $100 off if I buy the $1900 part! What a great deal! I just had it towed home, I'll get someone else to fix it. I would stay away from owning a Benz in the Islands, these guys truly do not care one bit about their customers, it's strictly bottom line there. And by bottom line I mean you WILL get screwed! Pros: Nothing Cons: Poor attitude starts at the top and flows down more
