Great dealership and service 3/20/2010

Leased an ML 350 - great vehicle. Service department is great and seems honest especially after our previous experience at Lexus of Watertown (beware!). They wash your car after each service and you need to bring it only once a year. Buying the car was a bit of a hassle and took all day. Finally they agreed to match the price we found by calling a competitive dealership. You have to play hardball but it's a great dealership overall. Pros: Great service department, friendly staff Cons: Tricky to find and have to negotiate hard on price more

Great cars, great service, great people 8/12/2008

My wife and I have bought two Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the last two years - she has an ML and I have an E350. Rob and Chip were our salesmen, and both are true professionals. In both purchases, they each took the time to explain not only the subtleties of each vehicle (navigation system, etc), but were also patient with us in explaining the leases. I have not yet had a chance to visit for service on my car, but my wife has and has reported everything went smoothly. I would certainly recommend this dealership. Pros: Staff, Location, Inventory, Price Cons: Tricky to find on first visit more
