I get that service in an establishment that sells high end goods needs to be extremely professional and appropriately cool. But I too have had negative experiences with rude, nasty service employees at this dealership. Because there aren't too many Benz dealers around I continue to be at their mercy. They roll out the red carpet when you're buying, but as soon as that honeymoon ends they treat you like trash. They do not back up their work either, if something goes wrong with your service they will accept no responsibility.
