I don't believe improvement is needed. After repairs, drove to San Diego and back - car performed great! I'm a very satisfied customer.

I purchased this vehicle from a private owner and it needed sevice on a Transmission Pilot Bushing. At the completion of this service I asked the advisor to assist me with a overview of the car(my first Mercedes) he treated me like I had purchased a $100,000 dollar car( one day I will) I will be recommending Scottsdale Mercedes when purchasing a Mercedes because of their knowledge of the cars and the high esteem in which they engaged me. more

Jacob is an outstanding service rep. He listened to what I said and got the work done. He always has a smile on his face, gives me a warm, sincere greeting, and thanks me for my business. I ran into Gus who is also an excellent example of Phoenix/Scottsdale motors. He always asks if I need any explanations or help with the GPS as he was the one that showed me how to use it. Bring a car in for service is no longer a ""bad"" experience. Now it is a place where I know my concerns will be taken care of. more
