Mercedes Benz Star Motor Cars

I've passed by Star Motors for many years and this is my first time to use them for Mercedes Scheduled maintenance and warranty work. I was very pleased with the adviser I worked with who ask me a lot of questions and patiently listened to all of the items I wanted done on the car. Service and warranty work were done to my satisfaction and I want to 1) recommend them for service and 2) say that I will be returning here on my next service. more

I hit this place again when I sent a customer feedback form in another service center. This place did not send customer feedback form after services. I should avoid this place if I knew it earlier. The lady who worked with me is a genuine and nice person, but no much compliments to other co-workers. It happened in my last visit that one male co-worker scratched my car but did not notify me when delivering car to me. I had no time to figure out who did that and get the guy fired. Just a reminding to others to be careful. more

I took my mercedes to Star Motor Cars for its regular maintenance after being referred to them by a co-worker. This regular maintenance service cost me a engine. After the regular maintenence, my car began to smoke constantly. I took it back to see what was wrong and I was told I needed my seals replaced. Had the seals replaced, two weeks later I was back to Star,again,with the same smoking problem. After several returns to Star, the manager told me to take it back to where I purchased the car because something was wrong with the engine. Keep in mind, prior to going to Star for regular maintenance, I had no problems. I had to have my engine replaced (thanks, Star) And, they would not refund any of my monies. I would not recommend STAR MOTOR CARS to any one!!! more

Locally owned Mercedes Benz, Volvo and Aston Martin dealership. Has been in the city for over 40 years. They have the best service team in the Gulf Coast. Great group of technicians and mechanics that are trust worthy. Customer service in number one at this place. Ask for Guy! more
