Katrina in scheduling and Eri in transportation have good customer service. 10/25/2015

Katrina in scheduling and Eri for transportation were great. I request for my services advisor, Bobbi to check the front passenger side fog light. Work was done and charged without prior authorization. I was told at the time of initial service drop off that my bill would be no more than $29.99 for the oil change; I had a coupon. When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged an additional $33.00. It would of been nice if I would have received a call for prior authorization; $ 33.00 was too much to be charged to change a light bulb. If this would not have happened I would have definitely recommend Merced Hyundai. more

Friendly and competent staff 10/13/2015

I had my check engine light go on. The techs checked the car and found it to be the gas cap wasn't closed tightly. I wasn't charged for the diagnosis, however they certainly could have. I had the scheduled maintenance done also the same day. It was completed in a timely manner. I was given a ride home and picked up wheny car was ready. Their driver is very friendly and I felt comfortable riding with him. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed!! Great experience. I've had my car serviced here before with the same great service. more

3 hrs for an oil change while waiting. NOt good 9/26/2015

First time I ever got a oil change at dealer. Took 3 hrs while I was waiting there. Never again. more

Quick, friendly and free 5/31/2015

Brand new Sonata (600 miles) with a turn signal not working. Normally, I'd just change the bulb, but with a brand new car, I thought there may be an underlying problem. So, I just dropped in, without an appointment, and was taken care of immediately. In and out in 10 minutes (and yes it was just a bulb.) more

Great service after closing hours 5/29/2015

After being towed from I-5 when car did not start at a rest stop and arriving at 4:45 P.M. Staff worked long after closing hours to diagnose and obtain a new battery and we were on our way again.. Staff was very courteous and professional. more
