Great customer service 7/21/2007

My friends and I always go to the Mercantile Grill everytime we are in NYC. It is such a pleasant experience; good food, good service; very friendly staff. The owner, John, usually meets you at the door and makes everyone feel so welcome. We have had lunch there and it was great! The prices are good, especially for NYC and I love the atmosphere of the bar. What a delight! Pros: the food is great with a great price. friendly staff. more

I work in the area and have been having lunch and after work drinks at Mercantile regularly for about 4 years. Nice staff, casual atmosphere and good service. Our office always has their parties there, too. Definitely recommend it:) Pros: Good service, Value for money, Pleasant staff more
