Very friendly staff, and super high-tech as well. Brand new office with state of the art equipment. You can watch TV while they're working on you. A graphic of your mouth shows up on the screen when you first get in the chair and shows all of the dental work that's been done on you. Very impressive. The dentists are always very gentile. Recently ,I had some dental work performed at Menton Family Dental by Dr. Joel Friedenberg. I highly discourage anyone from using their services as they have very poor customer service. I called over the course of one month to ask for information on my onlays and Dr. Friedenberg was either never available and refused to return my phone calls. His staff was also unresponsive. I am now seeking another dentist to do follow up work on some very expensive onlays as I am experiencing sensitivity and pain in the area that Dr. Friedenberg worked on. In addition to the unresponsiveness, after paying for 2 onlays ($600)upfront, I was presented with a bill for an additional $500 plus dollars. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON DOCTORS AND PRACTICES THAT HAVE TIME TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NO TIME TO PROVIDE SERVICE.
