Mentis Law Group - Experience and Knowledge 3/19/2014

I went to Mentis Law Group to consult about personal bankruptcy in particular. Dianne Mancenilli, the lawyer I spoke to was very experienced and knowledgeable about bankruptcy laws. She gave me valuable legal advice that was based on her long experience dealing with bankruptcy cases and I was able to assess the risks of pursuing or not pursuing a reaffirmation of a certain debt I have. I was able to make a good decision after talking to her and gathering her insight regarding that matter. I was also able to restore my direct deposit with a certain bank because of a good advice I got from her. She also utilizes email as a way of communicating with her office and that very well went smoothly with me. Overall, Diane's knowledge and professionalism is above par. more

I highly recommend their servicecs when dealing with Bankruptcy as they helped me completely start over. I was able to get a car instantly and from a real dealership! more

From beginning to end by far the best service anyone can ask for. Diane is a lifesaver and walked me thru the whole process which can be a bit scary for some . Chapter 7 Bankruptcy 11/7/2012

We were really deep in credit cards and other personal financial debts, due to a buidling contractor that never completed his end on an addition we started on our home. We had to use our credit cards to finish the job, which put us in a hole. I tried to do what I could to keep paying the bills...until the economy went down. When I finally decided to file for bankcruptcy, I was so blessed to have been introduced to Diane with Mentis Law. The best Lawyer and staff I have ever dealt with, from start to finish. Too much for me to write about how great they were with us!!!!! more

After being laid off from my job contracrting Mentis Law Group to perform my bankruptcy was the best decision I could have made. Diane and her staff were very professional with every detail. I really didn't have to do much except give them information about my financials and to show up on the court date they arrainged, they handled every detail. Even after the bankruptcy they continued to answer questions I had pertaining to creditors and even tax questions. I would highly recommend Mentis Law Group to anyone considering filing bankruptcy. Thankful for Diane and her entire staff. 10/25/2012

My sister first came to Mentis Law Group in a divorce situation, she was desperate. She used them to file bankruptcy. During that experience, Diane was so helpful and everyone in the office was so nice and responsive, so she choose to use them for her Trust and Estate Planning too. It was a very long and scary process, and they made it so much more easy to understand and comprehensible for us. We really were very fortunate to find Diane. Everyone at Mentis Law Group was there for us every step of the way. They were extremely responsive, emailing back or calling right away. I can't imagine using anybody else. I would say that when you call Diane's office, you feel so comforted and really feel like there is somebody there that will take on the responsibilities and burdens and will handle them for you. It makes the process much easier to get through. I've already recommended her services to some friends, and they were very satisfied with the outcome of their experience as well. more
