Not at all happy with my new suit or the advertising this store uses. Buy one get one for free, yeh right, High end suits only, not the $249.00 version. Also no 10% as advertised except high end. They didn't do my tailoring correctly but did fix it when i picked up. This was my second and last purchase from this company more

I am 6 feet tall and on the heavier side. Dress clothes off the rack do not fit me well so I have to buy everything and have it tailored. Last summer I bought a full set of dress clothes and was very satisfied. So I wasn't too worried when my friend said he was having his wedding tuxs done here. Well, nothing was right. They measured me for the tux and must not have used the numbers as anything other than the vaguest of guides. My neck size on my shirt was too small so I had to have an extender on it. But they measured my neck so I don't know why they had this the next size down. What really ruined it for me was they gave me shoes that were too small. I told the clerk I wear a 12 and they gave me an 11.5. I can get my feet into an 11.5 but I can't walk or stand in them for extended periods of time. Well, in a wedding party, you stand most of the day and we walked all over Laurelhurst park for pictures. A half hour into the day I was in pain and that was it for enjoying my friends wedding. I can't believe I paid money for the poor level of service. more

I had the worst service ever here! The first day we went here, a lady approached us to help, and when we told her we wanted to have my son fitted for a suit, her face just turned sour. The only help she gave was showing us where the fitting room was. When we needed a different size pant, she was nowhere to be found. We had to ask another person to help us. The only time she came back was when we were going out the door. We came back the next day to fit my other son for a suit, and a gentleman approached us. When I told him we were there the day before, his offer to help us went down south. I had put some of the sizes on hold the day before, and when I asked this guy to retrieve it for me, I found out they had put the wrong sizes on hold. When I asked him to find my son a size 8 pant, he responded that there were no size 8 there and only a 10.(My son is 6 and weighs 50 lbs) When I told him the 10 would be too big, he pressured me into trying it on my boy. After we tried on the 10(which of course was too big) I came out of the fitting room and told the guy that I need a size 8. He just breezed by the little rack that they had for boys and said there wasn't an 8 there. Low and behold, I found an 8 right in front of his face! I would never have bought the suits there due to this lack of customer service, but unfortunately this was the only mens wearhouse in town that sold kids sizes. Worst service ever! more

So we have an occasion to rent a tux for a formal dinner. My husband goes and gets fitted and picks out his tux from a picture. Day of pickup comes and the shirt has little to no starch and smells like it has not been laundered, the vest is huge (with no remedy), the pants are too short and they remeasure and 2 hours later we pick it up. Later that night - he puts it on for the dinner and pants were never altered they are still too short. The tie is a cheesy clip on that looks straight out of the 80's and like it should be on a little boy (in both size and quality). He woud have been better off wearing one of his nice suits.
