Good: Always has a good selection of men’s standards, and of course fitting and tailoring. This is a great venue for men who don’t dress up much, and need the end to end clothier, or those who do dress up a lot, and need to do so on a budget. I would rate them somewhere above the bigger department stores.. Bad: Sales team doesnt have quite the class of others chains. Not a bad place, but the sales reps could stand to have a more refined approach. There seems to be a high proportion of younger male sales guys who are all aspiring to be “power closers”. The effect is more “stock broker” than “clothier”. You’ll be left wondering who these guys think they are. The same can be said of the stores in downtown crossing, Cambridge side and Burlington; I have been to them all.. Improvements: Slow down on the sales culture and get back to service-first, guys! Nashua isnt Wall Street.. Other: Reasonable overall value, just don't care for the corporate culture..
