Both this location and Bellevue location seem to have really poor customer service; so makes me think that perhaps the whole company/chain is like that. People are cocky, act like they don't really want to be there. Difference between Men's Wearhouse and say, Tux Shop is maybe the selections, quality and level of mistakes.
