I could not agree more with weddingtime2009. My fiancé and I decided to purchase suits from them for our wedding to save our guys the hassle of a renting a tux- BIG MISTAKE! They have a new ""retail system"" and NO ONE seems to know how to work it. My groomsmen are all over the States (TX, GA, LA) and every one of them had a very difficult time trying to order or pick up a suit from them. The ""retail system"" is suppposed to hold all of the bridal party information- just like David's Bridal, but in every instance, I had to call and explain exactly what was going on, and even then, there seemed to be a lack of understanding. \r \r One of my groomsmen had such a hard time with a Texas store, that he decided to get his up here instead. They assured me that his suit was in and they would hold it until he could get up here to pick it up (about a month before the wedding). I even called the weekend before he got in town to confirm that they had it. Of course, when he went to get it, no one knew what he was talking about and the suit was not there. They now have to order it in and he will have to pick it up the day before the wedding, which is cutting it mighty close considering their track record with assurance. \r \r I would not deal with this place for your wedding suits. It's a hassle, and when you try to explain your frustrations to a manager or someone who should know whats going on, they barely give you the time of day. On the occasions that we stopped by to try on a suit for a fitting, or talk to them about options for shoes, ties, ect. there was little customer service, and there was always a group of ""sales associates"" around the desk chatting loudly about last's nights tv show, or an upcoming party. Don't waste your time as this place, especially with something as important as wedding attire. more

quality and simpicity 12/6/2011

Walking into this place immediately makes me comfortable. Generally full service clothing stores make me nervous, I don't like to feel pressured into buying, but at this store the staff is casual and personable. They make me the buy experience a lot easier by laying out options and doing the ""finding"" for me. I feel immediately at ease... not to mention the quality of their merchandise! People act like this store is some sort of cheap knock off, but what I saw were name brand suits in 100% wool that looked a lot more expensive than they were... not to mention the specials like buy one get one free! Store wide! I would highly recommend supporting this company! more

No go for wedding parties 6/9/2009

I am so sad for my fiance and the experience we had at Men's Warehouse. Having a wedding party of 8 with buy one get one free suits has been a nightmare. I had an amazing time getting my wedding dress. picking out our wedding site. ordering food..flowers...everything....I will rave about all of that, but I am sick and saddened that my fiance and the one thing he is so excited about had to go sour. Good luck getting good service if you have to go in more than one time. We spent an hour just getting tailored b/c people kept going to help other people. It felt like a joke. I will never step in a Men's Warehouse after my wedding is said and done. Pros: Nothing Cons: Never consistent..every sales person has a diff. price! more
